Disappointed with the 49 attack power Brewfest trinket.

Doesn't proc at all for me in the 49 bracket. I've tested it in battlegrounds, on a dps dummy, and also in duels.

Has anyone seen or heard about this being intended or a bug?

Yeah on lower brackets its already been said need lvl 60 or higher this is also the first year that its accessible to lower levels and its probably bugged, make a ticket and just hope it gets fixed

Yea, I'm a dumbass. Didn't even think to hover over the spell tooltip on Wowhead. Was just going off of the ingame trinket.

Requires level 60 as well but the stun still works. Just not the strength part of the buff.

Been like this since it came out last year.

There were multiple threads made (on here and on wow forums) and nothing happened. Final verdict was that the item requires level 60 to get procs :/
