Nah, you might get loud mouthed by a couple bads, but most groups will have a couple decents in them to stop you being kicked. Hc UK and the like are just so easy they could do it with out you.

Lol when i dinged 80 on my mage, it says my gear wasnt good enough to queue for random heroics. i got one pvp epic and then i was fine

Actually those people are generally good and dont want bads like you in there. For example, I hate having 28k fully buffed tanks with 3 DPS that pull 2k or less (and I mean all of them). Thats just pitiful, gear being bad or otherwise.

I understand that its quite frustrating in those situations, ive had similar at 19 when im healng a tank with 400hp and out dpsing everyone whilst healing, but its not really an excuse to kick anyone. Instances are so short at 80 that the extra time taken from having a bad group still isnt very much. You could maybe do the instance 15 mins faster if you had a decent group rather than one with undergeared players making up the majority, at worst you end up taking 15 mins longer and ending up with a slight repair bill. If you are too worried about the speed of dungeons then queue with some guildies who also want some badges.

I was in H HoR with a druid tank who had 32k hp in bear form.
