I'm still a twink so I don't see why I'd have to change it.
And Deadwo is a friend of mine, mostly a fan. My entire server went berserk, the moment I stepped into Org I got flooded with whispers. lol.

(1) Neither. 14 was fun in WSG, decent stable damage. 15 has a bit more burst because of higher crits, but less normal attacks, and ~5% less overall crit chance. 14 for decent WSG and Arena Steamroll, 15 for the twink arenas. Please don't base this decision purely on my opinion, try out 14, if you finish before 3.1, hit up the PTR and try to do some WSG/Arenas at 15 there if you can manage to.
(2) 14 is still the highest benefit from stats. 15 has more damage from 2 new weapons, but for overall high % go 14.
