I'm looking forward to arenas, TBH.
3.1 is really going to hit me hard. It will either Balance me or destroy me. Thing is, once 3.1 comes, the ding from 14 -> 15 will have been less significant, but my major advantage from profs will have gone away.
Basically, when 3.1 comes, it will probably not matter, and I will either
a) See if i can still maintain my advantage against 19's.
or
b) Level out and twink Thirk at some other odd level, but I'll never go 19.
For now, I'm trying out my new Shoulders, and my 2 new AP/Stam weapons.

I just had a few AMAZING 1v1's O_O.
Me vs Xtac from Stormreaver - I won both times. Pretty much had it going for me the whole time, he decided to Gouge/Run but I eventually caught up when my CD's popped.
Me vs Kath from GSO on Dethecus - I won both times. Similar to the one with Xtac, he kept kiting and healing himself until my CD's popped, at which point I was able to finish him, albeit a lot slower.
Me vs Totemssuck from GSO on Dethecus - 1 - 1. The one I won I didn't have my PvP trinket on, but I learned to adapt to his totems a lot more. 1st game was my first real shaman match. I hadn't really had a strategy for totems, I just stood back and ranged. I tried my best, and had it going for my for quite a but, but eventually he got in some good burst where a crusader proc and a gouge saved me from my death. He kited me some more and started bandaging. In a reluctant attempt to end the match, I ran to him instead of bandaging myself, and he pulled off most of the bandage and finished me off. The second time around, with no PvP trinket, I forced myself to move around the totems and was able to pressure him into tight corners, eventually costing him the match.
Each one lasted 6+ minutes. These are pretty much my first real Arenas against geared twinks, since I was so used to WSG.
Some amazing games in Arenas. I'm really not regretting leveling yet at all. ^_^.

Are you referring to gear or skill? Because as far as I saw, their gear was ok, and I'm not saying that their skill was any good, I'm just saying I had a lot of fun playing with them, they basically kited the whole time because the match was basically mine most of the time, but it was fun. Oh, and I'm using a touchpad so that might have had something to do with why I wasn't doing as well as I usually would overall lol.
