Did you Level Gathering Skills?

I went to 375 Mining and 301 Herbs on Drayner.



I went to 290-315 mining on 6 other twinks as well. Blew a lot of gold, but it will be worth it if it's grandfathered.



ps. I also have a level 1 orc warlock with 315 mining, a furbolg bag, etc just in case too

It saddens me cause I didn't have the time, resources or XP to level my toons. I'm a perfectionist and wish I could have every gear possible for every situation. The best I got was on my new rogue. 300+ skinning /300+ herbalism.

I gues you need to have a guard with you, yes. But mining is posible to obtain with only smelting IIRC (atleast to you get to outland)

Mining stops at 290 from just smelting, you gain 10 levels to 300 from mining in EPL then you can smelt again to 375.



OT: i myself got Mining as i was unsure of what the benefits of inscription where so left that option open to me.

I raised mining & skinning to 375 on Exavion, skinning to 275 on Warbay & Athexia (225 mining on Athexia aswell)

Well that is just pure bullshit, there is loads of things that has been grandfathered. Take madock for example, he has just as much exploited gear as me, then whines about this shit? Hypocrite imo. He probably didn't have time for it, and I mean, most people who signed that forum thread on wow-eu has either nax or already 275 in proffesions. So I hope blizz wont give a damn about this.

yay got my mining 290 just in time on my druid (work in progress) actually didn't come to that much gold after selling ores back
