US Did they remove all Weapon Enchants in BGS?

This is incorrect, at the start of 7.1 Ele Force was working in BG's.

I saw another reply on a different thread that they thought main stat enchants (strength, agility, intellect) worked, but secondary stats weren't, and that weapon enchants may or may not be working, but some are. That meshes with my experience in the past couple of days.

Before the hotfix, dancing steel and Ele force procced ( that's all I know that procs). Enchant weapon 18 attack power also worked

After EF got hotfixed some enchants were still working just like suffix gear but they hotfixed all now the day after EF hotfix.

they hotfixed it before i got a pop when i logged on my rogue and then proceeded to dump 15k on suffix and enchants
