Did they fix veteran xp glitch?

Does anyone know if they fixed the glitch where when your account is veteran status and you log on a character it would change your xp from off to on and some people accidentally leveled due to this. Reason I ask is because I have some twinks who have XP off but I changed to vet status and don't want to risk anything. Thanks

Unsure if this was intended. Seeing how it has similar restrictions to a basic starter account, which is unable to xp lock.

But I heard recently that basic starter accounts can now lvl lock. So I'd say it's worth a shot on a vet account to try and re lock xp if it has been recently unlocked in the transition to vet.

XP will remain locked, but you will be unable to queue.

Thanks for the info! I logged on my XP locked toons (as a veteran account) and it's safe to say their XP was still locked
