Diabolical plans has usually always dropped for me on around my first kill. I've been running up and down the valley killing all the demons that drop it for 50 mins and it hasn't dropped yet. Does anyone know if it's discontinued?
 
It's day 28, and the 9 different threads about the exact same thing haven't noticed each other yet... I wonder how many more will come here seeking refuge before their inherent pinch of common sense begins to kick in...

Would be nice if you took 1 minute of your team to search for similar threads, like the one named "argas?" just 5 threads down. Good luck with your twink.

seems like that would be stupid that they drop off one of the 2 bosses, in which the plans would send you back to kill them again
