Diabolical Plans - Do something about it?

There have literally been 5 or more threads in the last couple weeks about the Horde Argas ring quest. I agree that the threads being posted over and over again is annoying but what's being done about it. Are the people complaining about the quest being bugged/broke/grandfathered/inserturassumption doing something about it or just qqing? I have submitted tickets numerous times, have you?

I am not saying that nobody is bring proactive, maybe everyone has already.

Either way... how about this?

Everyone with a horde toon submit a ticket today, asap. Tell them in detail what the quest isn't doing. Maybe some internal system in their ticket system will see so many of the same complaints that they will do something about it. I am going to put another ticket in with my beta account tonight as well.

I will need this if I am accepted to <Thunder Tinks> and roll a toon for them.

So yep...

EVERYONE SUBMIT A TICKET WHETHER YOU NEED A HORDE ARGAS RING OR NOT! KTHX
 
As I see it, Blizz knows theres a problem. There has been forum threads made about it on the bug forum. Maybe its intentional since horde does have quite a bit of gear that often ally needs to be bis, but not the other way around.
 
Oh it's bugged? Cool I'll submit a ticket right now, thought I needed to X-Fer Alli on my wogue
 
Lol blizzard dont give a fuck if you guys ticket this or not, it takes to much time to fix a bugged quest

It's possible, but unlikely. Considering that they've never really paid attention to the quantity of lower level quest gear on either sides.
 
Sad to see Drayner in this mess...

GMs source their information from WoWhead most of the time, they can't tell you anything you can't look up yourself.

We actually have already gotten a few reports on this item not dropping for Horde characters, and the developers are currently working on a solution. Thanks for reporting it though, since the more info we get on stuff like this, the quicker and easier it usually is to fix! Please check the World of Warcraft website (World of Warcraft) for future updates and corrections. Typically, bug fixes will be posted on the bug report forums, or in patch notes. Note that only a fraction of bugs fixed make it in to patch notes, so don't be discouraged if you don't see yours! We appreciate your patience.

We're aware Diabolical Plans are not dropping for Horde players and working on a solution to this issue. We do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this causes for you, I know you want that ring for your twink!

For updates, I'd recommend checking the Bug Report forums and/or the PTR forums.

imo if you are a caster on the horde side it really don't matter much, what hurts is if you are wanting to roll a melee/hunter type class

Yeah, this is really holding me back on my rogue right now. Hopefully they fix this before my guild achieves "Working Better as a Team"
