It was 15 then it was 10 now its 5. But if you are in a BG and you don't /afk but logout its 10.

Yes, it goes up by 5 minutes per consecutive leave/AFK.

now it was 15 then 5 and still 5 but if you leave a game just after the first one you get 10 min.

Good way to discourage GY farm is not to Rez. Such a simple concept. Yet still many fail to grasp it's complexities.
Deserter buff should be account wide. AFKing out is a cancer in battlegrounds that ruins the game for everyone. It makes it very difficult to get into a "fresh" game any more. But, it is what it is.
