Delicate dragon's eye.. grandfathered?

For some reason there are two Delicate Dragon's eye item ID's. I assume the one you linked were the gems who still had their prismatic effect (so functioning as any color gem). The one I linked, is the current one.

Well from the Wowhead comments:
