Pretty sure there was a 19 achiement whoring mage and hunter that made a ton of f2p accs around when they were introduced when they could lock their xp at 19 and grinded the tabard themselves.
But yeah I don't think either of them are still around anymore after achiement became account wide and that stuff also forgot their names..
So not entirely world 1st 19 but still a very neat tabard nonetheless, congrats.

was a good grind with a lot of good mates also seen a lot of improvements along the way sannchez proving what he can do on his rogue doing a lot of amazing plays quack proving that he is just more than a troll over all was a great experience highlight of it for me was when art couldn't even talk he was that tired and quacks new meta smoke flare cap xDDD.
