Dear horde heroes

Status UPDATE:
I've played 3 days horde only and sadly i have to agree with hordies qq-ing about too many druids on alliance team. 1st day i've seen rather balanced number of druids on both sides but last 2 days the difference is obvious and it's getting frustrating.
Even so, i've seen so many flaws in horde pugs that makes me go crazy.
1. Most people i see go random targets each time, no proper kill order. Many times i've seen our DPS mindless fight with their DPS and their healers were freecasting. I'm always trying to kill/lock their healers, but not everytime i manage to do it alone(smart ones change focus instantly on me and get me down)
2. Horde rogues, it's not everything about KB, said that into my guide also, rogue class is more complex than that. In a mid fight try to lockdown/kill their healers, we have the advantage of stealth so we can position wherever we like to. Slow /Sap the key players, stop wasting your dps on random targets..
3. Bad positioning of our healers, they are way into "ze hot zone" or, way back from "ze hot zone"
4. Severe lack of communication/Teamplay
5. People, stop fighing mid for useless shit when their FC is in their base.
6. Healers, DPS only when your FC is safe. Don't stop in the middle of the road dps-ing people watching your FC die.

Ally teams have been so aids last days I've played, always 50% no gear players with no game sense what so ever. It's the first time in a long time I've started to afk out games and I'm not proud of it even with the current bracket state.

Horde is a dying breed.
Even on endgame alliance is far superior and heavily outnumbers horde.
Far more communities in term of PvP and so.
Most people follow their friends to factions,and majority of people already migrated over.
Alliance racials are insanely effective in current aids meta.
Realistically nobody plays anything except druids and rogues
Making shadowmeld really effective.
Even against casters its decent.

In mop there was sudden shift when Ravenpest started becoming dominant.
I used to talk to alot of randoms while Defending LM,and many shifted to ally cause they fled from cancermades
Magtheridon and TN were also dominant,MoP was also era of hunters, and it was relatively easier to stack agi on alliance.
So the shift also happened at 20-24. Granted you had more communities on ally than horde.
Unfortunately in current meta the only racial on horde thats worth talking about is belf racial.
Undead racial was good hence priests had fear and whatnot.
Currently ferals do not have fears.
AoE stun is debatable hence most ferals insta trinket anyway.

Teamplay > any racials and we all know it. So no, racials aren't the problem here. Also ferals can be dealt with. 90% of them are bad players anyways.

i never said racials are the problem,im just saying it also affects 20-29 but not on such big scale
in mop i often made 5man f2p premades to farm some ravenpest folks i despised
realistically talking if i had to make a rogue id debate either about belf or nelf
now all my friends play on ally so where ill be headed?
or more importantly if i want to twink and be part of a community where will i go?
there is nothing on horde anymore
feels like nowadays only jajas make horde toons,because on horde all you see is few decent people actually carrying,like my girl petra said above

Hence the games are fucking boring as they are.
Im just explaining you the logic of 12 year old inbreds that represent majority of the bracket.
