It's in games like those where it's actually nice to be a rogue. Imagine if you were a class that didn't have an auto afk (stealth). You would be farmed over and over and over. And like you said, you can still be a nerd and gank someone random that's alone.
The whole EOTS thing is kind of weird. Idk why every queue pop gravitates towards that BG, but it doesn't have anything to do with premades, that's for sure.
