I'm going to try to understand your point of view here and not be biased, as we talked through private messages some days ago and I have a general ideia of the US state of affairs.

clueless EUers dont realize that US 19s had a core following as dedicated as sputnik but those core players were shit on and shut down because they spoke out about the moderation a few months ago leaving most people banned infracted etc, that literally coincided with the death of US 19s the proof is so blatant u only hav to go back a few pages to see it, people quit on this bracket the moment it all went down and practically all moved to 20-24.

Ok, so you had a dedicated core who were "shut down" because they spoke out about the moderation a few months ago. Lets assume that all the relevant people (community liders, pop-pushers, etc) were banned from TI. That, indeed, takes a hit on communication to the general masses, but doesn't stall pops AT ALL. You push for pops by adding your full list of people who like to play 19s. And how you do it ingame? Word of mouth. You ask your friends and foes: "Send me some battletags of people you know who like to twink at 19s and happen to have one". You don't limit yourself. It's a hell of a work at start, but it's like a snowball effect. We also have the old core moving on and playing on 24s, yet we have pops everyday, with people who I don't even know or never, ever queued before.

It's a matter of how dedicated you are to this bracket. We have pops everyday due to people who stood up and didn't let our bracket die. That even goes for TL members, who play a big part on quality games for the Horde side.

And after you have estabilished a considerable amount of people who queue on a daily basis, make a Skype Group. Call it the "19 queue skype" group. All the people (or most of them) are in this Skype group over the EU (hosted by me). You can't imagine how easier it is to manage activity with a group on Skype. It's more dinamic than TI, and much, MUCH more efficient than TI for pops or drama. And believe me, there is drama (and uncensored). Even porn roles there (and not the good one).

now it appears if ppl talk out against the moderation the websites own members hav been brain washed enough to rush to the defense of the moderation and blame the actual people who loved playing this bracket rather than peoples whos job it was to maintain a certain standard on a forum.. the moderators work for us people we dont work for them.

I don't think people are defending Moderators. The people you see "defending" them are fellow Europeans who just don't realise how you're letting your bracket die. Your bracket is dying because of something obvious.

now is bitching about the moderation going to bring back US 19s? no, but had we months ago proven we were right about what was going on with the moderation rather than having 60% of the posts concerning it deleted and major members of the community infracted then 19s might have lived another day, instead they were fed up with the bs and moved on.

Probably they were not making the good drama. I've caused a hell of a drama and I'm still here. I'm a walking drama.

all we can do now is either rebuild through real id premades/dedicated que times, which no 19 twink wants to do anymore because they all swapped to playin 20-24 which pops 24/7, no need to organize shit no need to que at certain times..

yep that's pretty much it there is no dedication, the people within the community who were the core players now do exactly what they did at 19 but instead in the 20-24 bracket, they all play 20-24 and have 19 twinks all of them are on each other btags but it doesnt make a difference anymore theres no dedication to 19s but there is still a dedicated 19 twink community,it just exists in that bracket now instead.

these twinks want nothing to do with 19 twinking anymore because of whats happened in the forums etc, that isn't bull shit or an exaggeration it's just something that happened and was easier to move away from the problem then continue to endure it.

like you said you caused drama and thus there was activity, that drama was killed on this forum for US twinkers even though it was CoC folliowing drama, so instead the core players took there drama to 20-24 (which u can see very quickly if you look in the 20-24 section).

It wont be permanent but 15-19 on US will be dead for awhile
