Senjin Village in Durotar. Quest Chain. L1 can do it except for the last quest which is defeating Zalanwhatever his name is. The second to last quest, which is far as a L1 can go, gives you this spell which as far as I can tell is reusable. I do not know if it will go away when the event goes away.

BTW one of the quests you turn into a tiger ghost and you kick the crap out of a L80 tiger queen. I am gonna roll a new L1 tonight and see if I can run that tiger ghost to ally lands and f' stuff up. LOL.

The ally version is somewhere around gnomerian.

Fail on Blizzards part for only giving us 5 quests :(. Item and rep are nice, but idk why they just blue ball us like this!

Thanks BuFro for the update on the level 1 eligibility!

I want the achievement :(

The "hardest" part of the event is being attacked by a level 7 tiger after your "vehicle" fades.

if you can't kill a lvl 7 tiger ...............

well...it was supposed to be an overcloak ... i'm assuming if they could've figured it out, we woulda gotten it ...

/sigh

Zalazane's Fall / Operation Gnomeregan Overcloaks not implemented on live (See Cataclysm Prologue Preview)

It is true that the cloak rewards had overcloak functionality when these events were up on the public test realms some months back. In the end we decided that implementing the cloaks in such a way that players could aesthetically change the cloak they're wearing could set a bad precedent. We like customization and flavor items, but we don't want to start implementing aesthetic items in the game which allow players to look however they want while keeping all the stats they want. We felt the overcloaks were breaking that barrier a little too much.

This costume is actually allowing me to get more duels. Lately once people see my toon all geared out they would just decline my duel challenges saying "you are a twink". With this costume people seem more at ease accepting challenges from a level one wearing a costume. Sure they can examine me and see my gear but most don't bother. I love this costume because I don't need to unequip any of my armor to get the look so I keep all my powers. This will be my regular duelling enticing costume.
