Darkmoon races bug?

Is it just me or are the darkmoon races bugged?
It takes me 1,5x longer to complete them, mostly because those speed boots to not increase my speed...

Yes it's bugged since 7.1. I just dont really care since I've gotten all the achieves.

I haven't tried the races this DMF but I think the 250kills quest isn't working either. I just did some bg's including an AV and it didn't register 1 kill towards the quest. Some stuff is certainly odd this DMF!

Edit : just noticed a small download when I logged just now and this kill quest seems to be working again. Might be worth checking the races again.
