players with dissector get reported, it gets removed, because it was obtained thru uniformed GM's who assisted. there was no small window to get the quest done. you did the quest prior to CATA and waited doing a GM ticket to get the item, this along with many other items twinks abused GMs over is why they won't switch, restore old items, etc.

curley once did gem, along with many others, after GM tickets and some temp bans (which many try to say don't work) alot of twinks removed them.

even players who only take one prof to 225 and only train BS prior to a BG so they can use gemmed items, get caught sooner or later
