Well we have learned one useful thing, that _Arkant_ does not understand how PPM works, someone needs to give the kid a crash course else it might get embarrassing when people realise that one of the "best rogues eu" doesn't even understand the basics

ICY was nerfed long ago, the proc rate on it is really poor and unknown compared to other enchants



last patch comments to supposedly rebuff it, blizz stated it would now work again as intended. which really means nothing and meant nothing, there was no improvement on the enchant. many old comments if they are still there on thottbot/wowhead reflect that
