since when can i not mail stuff between alts on my vet acc????

if i remember well, you were never supposed to be able to use mailbox wothout active sub. but i am a pure f2p, so i’m not 100% sure if that was always the case for lapsed subs.

You need a subscription to use the mailbox, it's been that way since forever
