For all we know we can apply enchants in that tab.
What I'm wondering about is how that affects f2ps linked to their p2p accounts. Depending on how this actually works, would it seriously become that easy for a f2p linked to his p2p account to obtain any boa that he desires?

i hope they don't auto throw BOAs not equipped into the tab, because as it appears now,
also....it doesn't look like it is set-up for multiples of the same BOA's a player might have with different enchants. i can see where a players druid may have 4 of the same BOA staff's with 22int, 30sp, jade spirit, power torrent and on WoD release they have one BOA staff with no enchant on it, all the rest wiped
the only plus side i see is that you may only have to buy one of a BOA and as many of your players that want to use it, can equip it
we need to start asking questions about this on WOW forums and expressing concerns

As far as enchants are concerned, I believe they are still possible, the site says that the UI allows you summon the item into your characters inventory (likely still keeping in the system). This would mean you can then enchant it from your bag.
Worries that still could remain are if current enchants are removed (think head enchants). And if they are still mailable for such things as leg and shoulder enchants. Also if you can still have 2 (or more) of the same item (trinkets).
