music on all vids is pandora i suggest mute n listen to own music

vid is not legit for a number of reasons just want evaluation of play and improvements. i could've got kill after second kicked MC if i hadn't derped, swag's healer not legit shoulda trinketed last fear shouldn't have jumped down we coulda used skype etc etc like i say it's not legit

this game i leave self open to poly from ~1:50 on and CS when i penance shortly after. after druid kill it looks like i accidentally fall down but i am avoiding possible poly

I actually like the music, because it shows you are fully f2p, since you aren't paying for pandora..

But in all seriousness, there were a few things.

If you are rolling mind control you should be using it a considerable amount more than you are.

You shouldn't have to /say to your teammate, you should be in skype.

And you should be able to dodge more of wiz's poly's with LoS.

Other than that pretty good, other than your move to go into Africa at around 3:40

ret dmg so low i need to constant support with dmg but didn't even think bout that certainly coulda MCd more

like i say not legit no skype

meh i dodge a few this vid also doesn't show any fakin. like 2 fakes total 1 no need other torrented

idk bout move to africa i was avoiding polys maybe risked pala but seemed safe at time

Yea I mean its all matter of opinion, there is always going to be SOMETHING you can do better, but this was pretty good.

the mage in that first video wasnt very good, not chaining sheep's, he should have controlled you.

When doing MC, do it out of LoS if possible, especially when your team mate and mage were on the ground and you and the Rdruid were on ledge.. just move away from the edge a bit and mage cant do shit.

Also you and your team mate can chain some CC more... for example on the first video, fear the resto druid, then into a stun, then into a MC out of LoS.. by that time mage will be dead. unless he solo's the ret and you ><

In the first game you should have been MC + fearing the druid and using the HoJ on he mage to get the kill. You are also eating way too many polys. You need to start LoSing as soon as you see him start casting it on Gladius or create a macro to tell your partner to interrupt.

the mage is in fact very good but i spose you can only be good as your teammate(s)

perhaps had i positioned better i'd have had time to move in before mc but as was only had <2 secs of hoj left n he coulda rejuved maybe even made it down if moved

watch more closely for our chains and keep in mind we're facing glad arc mage burst

You HoJ after the blink lol. If you're trying to burst him down while he's freecasting he's just going to lock out your MC first of all and then poly you or the ret and run away till the druid gets back.

4x (i think) Glad, playing 20 priest and rogue, a few hours of VoD in there to watch, pretty good stuff. Mostly Arena too.

But you're mainly a cc bot, that bubbles, does dps, and clutch heals. You're not like a resto druid that just keeps people topped, you're an offensive healer that does a LOT of damage. Don't get carried away with getting yourself into Africa when everyone has CDs up trying to land a fear, just forget that fear, and wait for the next CC chain. Arena, and PVP in general is 100% CC chains and burst. With the ret, the basic idea (not gonna go back and see what classes you were playing against) is to hammer, fear, then MC. That WILL force a trinket, and if they don't trinket, whatever you're attacking WILL die. But they will, so you just wait for CDs, and do it again since trinket is on a 2 minute CD.

Basically, you're going in there trying to force defensive CDs, bait out Offensive CDs, surviving those, and then saving your CC chain for when trinkets are on CD.

VERY general idea of it, as all comps are different, but hopefully that gives you a good idea of whats going on in arena.

Lol, watch his then yours man, I feel what I've said includes a lot of things you're not doing, like offensive fears, and MCs. You're playing way back in both games, and in his games, he runs in to them confidently, because he knows their trinkets and knows he has fear. Just trying to help of course.

not arguing just going to say that simply from memory the majority EDIT if not all of my fears in all 3 games are offensive if you're not seeing idk what to say

Well, your first fear in the 2s game with the ret, you told him to go hammer the druid. Your first fear wasn't until 1:30 that game. So you could have 3-4 fears off by then, cause it's on a 24s cd. You needed to chain your fear with a HoJ, and he shouldn't be opening with a HoJ either. he can, but you can't do anything for another minute if he does.

And while you were standing back, when you penanced the mage, you could have EASILY just kept casting smite on him to apply pressure. You gotta play aggro on priest. You may not be that comfortable on him, IDK, but aggro disc is the way to go, you can force so much with 24s cc cds.

30 sec cd*

cds are not generally for use asap when off cd they are for strategic/tactical use

pala hoj first because if you watch, i cannot push in on druid for fear before hoj he is too fast stays too far behind mage who can just poly me. order of chain mostly doesn't matter there prefer MC to fear to heal through possible mage burst but hoj out of fear is silly bad fear path can screw pala's positioning n take him far from dmging mage to get 10 yard range on druid

smite 30 yard range v penance 40 yard range can lead to poly though i agree i should've smited more

I thought all the games were pretty well played on your part.

2's is probably slightly more difficult to play in my opinion, because there are a lot fewer cooldowns to go around, and so your mistakes can be seen much more visibly (not that there were many).

In the 3's games, a lot of what happens depends on what you and your partners can do (or what they can prevent). Much more dependent on team coordination.

Your game with the ret vs wizkid/rdruid seems a bit choppy at times, but you play it pretty well. The obvious has already been said, the LoS for the dominate mind was needed. Something I can add to is that while cooldowns should be used tactically, they have a strong value being used off of cooldown. That sounds strange and noobish, and to use it without thought off cooldown is definitely that. However, the maximum value of the cooldown is going to be using it as much as possible, right? And sometimes using it off of cooldown (or as close to that as possible) is worth it.


Also, I'm the hpally in the third video, hehe. Shaman LoS'D me so hardcore.

Game 1 : Positional Error : When the mage dropped down to bottom and your ret followed, leaving you and the Druid up top, you stepped to the edge for a HF or something on the mage, and then MCed the Druid. If you had taken just a step or two back away from the ledge, you could have avoided that lockout on MC and landed a kill much earlier then when you did.
