Elements put Sivir in top tier because of his game against some foreign players which I don't remember the name of. They used Sivir as a carry champion and just dominated the team. Us americans/canadians are too caught up with our current meta-game to try some champions outside the box effectively.

But yeah, e-z to farm with, a pretty derp escape mech, stuns and an amazingly OP Ulti. Just pick your moment, E/Ghost in, R, e-z kills/assists. Is one of the best Snowball Champs too; fuck Kassadin.

What I feel is so OP about him is his harrasment. Max out Q as fast as you can and stack AP and it will be doing absurds amount of damage for a harrasment skill, not to mention as soon as it hits them odds are you'll be close enough to mash W the second it hits for even more damage. Then once their at half health from a minute of harrasment mash E hit them with Q again, W pop your ult, then masturbate and watch their health go from a bit over half to nothing.

I'm kind of glad he's under the radar though, I might just buy him instead of twitch.

Lol, oh...my...god. Elementz has now apparently put Anivia and Sivir at the top of his little list...two of my favorite champs that I have been playing long before they were discovered as being good. I swear to god if they get nerfed now just because of idiot noobs QQing about them because they're tier 1 I am quitting this game.

ROFL. I sooo called this. Already there is a HUGE QQ fest over Anivia on the forums. You can look at it here. Stupid Elementz sheep are now after the bird for being OP. Funny... before this love affair with the bird, she was considered THE most balanced champ in the game, with clear pro's and con's.

Tier List hurt the game in general because they overlook champions that the person has not seen good or played at all. For example if every team was to want Malph Rammus Ashe Anivia and Soraka then there would be no upsets. A player's skill is not depicted within the confines of a tier list. What a player must do to be successful is to find a champion that they enjoy and play the champion. If i pick to main Urgot, even though people say he isn't good, I could still play him and get good. A tier list is simply a guide line, you can't make a team off of it.Soraka who in my opinion is the strongest and best support in the game is currently low in the tier list, but if somebody wanted on my team and his main was Soraka I wouldn't say no because Elements said, "Soraka sux, Janna and Sona better than Soraka, Soraka worst champ in game no play her."
