[Recipe: Dig Rat Stew] is also available to Alliance as a drop. I'm currently at 99 cooking recipes on Lofi - missing only the 3 from December.
Edit: Just read the note next to dig rat stew in OP. Still it's misleading with the horde symbol there since it is available to both factions.

Ravenholdt Manor has recieved some re-decorating: the cellar is empty now (could it be Blizz will finally put an Instance in the Alterac/Arathi area?) , the Gnomish Engineering Vendor deported to the attic, the Thistletea Recipe vendor moved next to the big kahoona at ground level.

Okay horde rogues can get exactly 100 if you aren't rogue you can't get sous chef. Trainers teach 24 recipes, 72 recipes bought/dropped/quested and 3 starter recipes. 24+72+3=99 and when we add thistle tea tada 100.

On horde side things are a bit more complicated... we're lacking the recipe vendor stormwind has - so if I want to get my 100 recipes, I need to farm Mag’har rep and some zone drops. To be exact, I am at 91 recipes without having done any serious farming yet.
Its no big deal tho, coz mag'har is already in my to-do list, so yea... not something you should QQ about.

Okay I have calculated incorrectly. Cooking trainers only train 23 recipes so horde can get 98 + thistle tea. /cry

You must have missed something... I can definitely get 100 (maybe more - didnt research more than what was needed) as a horde rogue... i currently have 91 and know exactly which 8 i need to get... 4 from mag'har, 3 zone drops and finally dig rat stew.

Which Mag'har recipes are your referring to? I don't see any cooking recipes from Mag'har or Kurenai faction vendors.
EDIT: Oh I see, it's from one of the townspeople that you can talk to after you become neutral with the faction. Seems I already have those. I'm also sitting at 102 on Alliance side with every possible cooking recipes.
EDIT2: Coincidentally this is also my 102nd post!
