Usable, but not consumable:
Magic Banana ANY character (enemy or ally) become immobilized for a very short period of time, also interrupt casts

It looks like this item can be used on BG's, but it has no effect. It works normally only in open world.
There are more items, that can't be used in BG's or dungeons, but they're usable in open-world:

Unstable Temporal Time Shifter - Combat Ress with no apparent fail chance (only for engineers).
Thermo-Accelerated Plague Spreader - AoE zone (cool for big pulls on certain Dungeons).
Ultimate Gnomish Army Knife - Out-of-combat ress with a fast cast time and a fail chance (only for engineers).

Not really a consumable, but an interesting Eng trinket: Gnomish Poultryizer. It works as a ranged, instant, pseudo-polyform effect.

Blessed Sunfruit - 4 Strength buff. Same as Blessed Sunfruit Juice. They don't stack.

Not sure if the faction is phased until some (unacessible) quests are done, but we could get Exalted through https://www.wowhead.com/item=128315/medallion-of-the-legion in theory.

I thought the carts had like a level 30 req or something? Do you just get a higher level to drop one in party and take from the table? Or is there a better way to get this to work?

This is how it worked for me. 35+ lvl in your party should use noodle cart and then you can "buy" noodles from NPC that appear.

Aslong as ur on the same phase u can just walk up and "buy" the noodles, u dont need too be in group!

They are a major pain too make, so i mass craft them once a year give and take <_<

Is a good alternative for people that dont wanna get the flask, it s easy to farm, respawn time for the mob is ~30sec, so one can stack a lot of them.
