I wouldn't call one GMs vague notion that it's a bug as 'confirmed' but it is encouraging. Until I see a blure post saying ''yes, we want them separate" I'm going to assume it's a bug though. Call me an optimist.

Pretty sure that person is just a old 24 twink and they lied to you about exp on. Find me some lvl 21 - 23 & 25-28 players in your BGS.
