Coming back to the 60 bracket.

Hey US, I plan to come back to 60s but I had a few questions first.

When I left in 4.0.3, the queues were dead.

My questions are :

Do game happens, if not, what needs to change for them to pop?

What side needs what? Horde or Alliance & Heals or DPS? I currently have a 60 warrior in 3/5 t2.5 that I'm gearing gradually. Would make a new 60 if necessary since I have no grandfathered stuff anymore.

If games do pop - what time are they? I'm GMT+10 but I can work with 2am queue times on certain days.

I currently play on Saurfang - US and the realms it merges me with first for cross-realm are Draka & Khaz Modan which both had substantial amounts of 60s when I last checked. Would anyone be interested in organising cross-realm organised pvp - restrictions could be applied and secrecy would be a given (no 85/90 ganks).

I have many friends who have inactive 60s on the horde side that I could convince to reactivate if required, I just need to know if it's worth it.

How are the ques in this bracket. I would like to park my char in the 70 bracket but the 60 bracket might seem better. From what I have heard 70 que times are rather long, thanks.
 
The problem is that all brackets are slow / dead right now. 70s has always had a bit more pop than 60s cause the gear is easier to farm, and dks actually have items to use.

I say take the time to make a 60 twink, and by the time you farm a good amount of gear, hopefully queues are back. If not, its 10 quick lvls to 70 and now you have transmog gear. (also, t3 is back!)
