First, I would suggest joining the 39 xp off community. A lot of good folks here.

Next, you're doing ok by the looks of it. Maybe too much haste (at least for me) and not enough INT. I would also argue to raise Versatility to at least 15%. You have the Mara dagger, could use DM trinkets, and some enchants (get Elemental Force on your weapon ASAP). Basilisk Hide pants grant INT now as well so if you can find a scaled version of those that would be awesome. There are scaled BOE epics now, but its not the end of the world if you don't have them.

Sun has scaled epics to look at and probably best geared in the bracket. Poo has a more achieveably geared boomkin. Check the armory links at the top.

Something I would recommend getting into the habit of is going to the AH and checking for ilvl 44 greens.

often they are BiS just because they can have the exact off-stats you're looking for. (Cape, Wrist and Gloves are good examples)

Full Fang Set gives me the most balanced feel - have tried other set ups but I prefer this one.

https://www.wowhead.com/item=20966/jade-pendant-of-blasting BiS and cheap. Dont unequip if you have buffed, the buff drops off.
