Another interesting thing about Pilgrim's Bounty, and of course the usual rep buff associated with it, is this spell from the anniversary at the same time: http://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=100951/wows-7th-anniversary



Now, while it's not clear exactly what this will be, either a temporary buff, or a tabard, or just something Blizz released to mess with people, but 7% plus 10% plus the human 10% and it begins to add up.
