Like Medivh is the capital of 10-14's in the US, I think we should take a server on EU.
At the moment I am on Draenor EU with my friends playing level 10 twinks, and we could really use some more people.
There is guilds on both Horde and Alliance. The Horde one is bigger, since the Alliance one is quite new.
I am in the Alliance guild, which at the moment is unnamed (Guild of Getshredded) till GM changes it.
Horde has the guild: The Show Must Go On
Alliance has the guild: Guild of Getshredded
Draenor is filled with twinks which is both good and bad. The Arena Grand Master's are especially hard to get here, so if you have the intention of transfering to Draenor someday, pick up AGM's first. Having a lot of twinks is also positive, giving a bigger community. There is guilds for 70's, 19's, 10-14's, 39's and many more I don't know on both Horde and Alliance side.
Getting more members would open doors for a lot of fun with wargames, possible battlegrounds, PvE Events and Gurubashi meetups with Horde/Alliance..
Well, what can I say? If you like twinking 10-14's and want some people to talk and play with, come 2 Draenor
