i wouldn't worry too much about getting hit capped as a resto shaman. some hit won't hurt but getting hit capped shouldn't be your priority.

so Drakewing Bands isn't BiS, you are better off with Robust Bracers of the eagle (4/3 or 3/4, there is no 4/4)

those bracers are what i meant by BiS leather bracers in a previous post of mine ;p
and im already hit capped with the eyepatch and space goat racial.

although it is disappointing that there is no 4/4 version of the bracers ;/

I don't blame you for picking eye-patch, I'd have done the same. By doing that you'll save months of gearing (ik I'll never be 100% BiS) and still have a solid setup. Seedcloud Buckler isn't toooo far behind.

Reroll then! Best way to hitcap is draenei + drakewing on a shaman

yeah i just got my shield so now i have the same stamina on a shield if i were to have chosen the stockades shield although its lacking intellect/spirit its still nice to have a shield with stamina.
