EU Cloak of Rot

Does the cloak still have any significant value? I remember that it was worth around 2mill gold before the xp off bgs were removed which killed the lvl 29 bracket and the implementing of the epic scaling system.
It's still GF'd and there's only 21 of them in the whole of EU. So what's the worth of the item right now?

I'm open to sell if anyone is interested btw

As someone who still collects gear for their 29s in the (vain) hope that someday I'll get to use them against other twinks it is an item that is worth at least 2mil if there was a market for it... Atm though there is no market for it.

29s are dead for the foreseeable future. There's a seller on my realm who has put it on AH regularly and has failed to sell it between 700k and 400k for the past 8-9 months. I won't buy it because I don't have that kind of gold.
