Going to be the transmog of my 59, but also works on a level 20. Has me absolutely livid that rogues can't mog THEIR OWN FUCKING MASK at low levels even though low levels can literally go buy it from Griftah and equip it meanwhile having literally no other options as it was removed from game. But Clothies have 2 red masks haha! Fuck blizzard.
