Classic ‘Home’ server for Twinks?

I have noticed people are making guilds/characters across several servers in Classic.

A “central” hub for active twinks would be nice. It will take some time to level up a sugardaddy/mama to support one. And then one has to level, gear and enchant the lowbie itself without going over x9. That may take just as long considering the planning involved. Rerolling on a different won’t be the simple task it is now on ‘retail’.
What servers are everyone planning on starting on?

Majority are going Herod, with some splitting else where for the Easier ''AGM's'' and avoid Ques at launch I assume.
