EU+US Class Tiers?

Im looking to make a charater in this bracket... 29 twink, just wondering the tiers of caster/melee/fc/etc... I'd prefer to play a caster, so just let me know of all the casters, how they do and their role in a competitive setting... thank!

Depends wich tiers do you want healers I can do but dps is still kind of hazy for me

In a matter of weeks they are going to get changed. If you plan on playing lowbies long term you might want to look into the 7.x changes coming up. Talents, abilities, glyphs etc are all changing. Even the gear they use.
