Cig's 20s Builds | The "Good Enough" Mindset

I like the "good enough" series. I used to reset for epic weapon and trinket upgrades. Spent hours remaking toons. Because I'm a masochist I even grinded out a purple cudgel on a goblin shaman. It's almost no different than a blue Mok's.

Now I have a few toons that don't even have sockets in their necklaces and they're still competitive. Go figure

quite literally your global cooldown, it's adjusted with haste
 
So even though I have statistically better gear 7/9 of my twinks wear heirloom 3 piece (neck, cloak, shoulders) for the out of combat regen in BGs. The stats are good enough for me and the regen is just a nice quality of life feature. Also not buying / farming a socketed neck + cloak really saves a lot of gold and/or time.
