EU+US Chromie Time Accessible to F2p Anymore?

I am seeing contradicting information. Some people say their f2p can still access chromie time. I tested this myself with some old f2p a/c (lvl15 only). None can access it.

Is there any lvl requirement or was it hotfixed?

Will have to test on a Pure F2P, after the pre-patch it seems like all additional Starter accounts tied to a Vet Account ( WoW1s, Wow2s, etc.) inherit some features from the Vet account (Allied Races, etc.). My Starter accounts show "Free Trial" in the top left of the char creation screen, but have access to Timewalking at level 10. This may be different for pure F2Ps

I'm pure F2P and yesterday I was able to select Legion among the expansions proposed by Chromie

I guess f2p is never meant to be able to enable chromie time and it was an incorrect setup during the pre-patch day. And for those who were lucky enough to enable it during the first 2 days it will stay and for those who haven't done this after they fixed it, chromie time is not available

Started a new Pure F2P account today, and don't have Chrome Time, even after doing the initial BFA quests. Does this mean that the only dungeon they can LFG for is Freehold/Atal'Dazar?

On my vet, I have access to Chromie Time, I also have a max level on it though

I must say, only having access to those 2 dungeons is very limiting, too limiting in fact.
I'm in the same boat, I only have access to those 2 as well, and I hope there will be a way to access more somehow.

I think either what @Syrayeda said or maybe, if you had made a DK during the DK bug.

Just a thought but I saw that Chromie Time is supposed to be unlocked once you hit 50 on another character.

Maybe, just maybe, this is due to F2P DKs? Like, your account is marked as hitting level 50 if you logged into a DK back when.

I seem to have access to Chromie Time and I'm a pure F2P. But my account is RaF'd and I had made DKs. If you have Chromie Time on a pure F2P can you confirm if you've done either of those things?

PURE F2P:

I have access to Chromie Time, have this account since 2013, so been vulnerable to all bugs regarding restrictions since then. Yes, I done the DK bug back in the day (even held a DK (locked55)) till prepatch (when it was automatically squished to lvl 8).

So, just adding my point to the chromie time f2p side

if you didn't login after making the DK, yes lvl 8. but if you logged in even for a second, it squishes to 23.

I haven't tried this exact setup, but both of my linked starter accounts have access to my Allied Races and to Chromie Time

I have it on my linked F2P. I didn't have any max level characters on the linked account when prepatch hit, the last time I had max level characters (or game time other than the free trials they periodically give out) was Legion, and they were 110 right up until the squish (now they're 45). Never touched any BFA content. Seems like maybe if you ever had a max level character even pre-BFA, that might unlock it?
