Yeah, it's super rare-but the guy probably had no idea what he was doing, and it looked like a good axe. I would say its far diff. from wearing BDA until level 42, because BDA isn't a bad chest piece - and its not worth 10k gold. But this still isn't "omg im going to die" kinda shit. Theres tons of people who equip shit they shouldn't have
