f2p community isnt worse than others, 60= dead, 70 = bad elitist wintraders, 80= dead, 85 = bad elitists, 90 = everything .. im also not sure if youre seriously thinking being better than the average f2p dude will give you high arena rankings, since you need pve trinkets to be competitive the whole endgame is fcking time-consuming.. isnt that one of the reasons to play a twink? you gear him once and just enjoy playing when you want to? no stupid honor grinding each season, no pve shit and so on.. well gl and have fun in your virtual life
 
I dont really like 90s tbh. Too much cc and the people aint better than in the f2p bracket. But yes, I'd love f2p to be capped at a higher level where the classes have at least some buttons to push and a little more cc to cast. Id also pay for twinking in a higher bracket if it was as populated as the 20-24 bracket.
I agree with madhombre, having to keep your char BiS every few weeks is very annoying, even more if you have more than one to gear.
 
which is why like 70% of all 90s bot. After each patch theres like 2 players yelling at bots and eachother in bgs while the rest are running around totally silent.
 
try not to get to serious about end game pvp lollipop, u don't want to be one of them grotty no lifer virgins getting a false sense of achievement through wow!! knowing how much weight you put into f2p (time/effort lvling/gearing, trying to start some realm, valuing others opinions and wanting to *respected*) I know it would be easy for you to get caught up in end game pvp too seriously. think what u went through with on f2p only times it by 100 (you said yourself u took f2p too serious at times) so try not to go off the rails with your wow addiction and all the best ;)

actually i've seen f2ps with more skill than 90s.

but meh idk how it is these days i haven't done more than 10 bg's since mid 5.3 and i haven't touched 5.4 on my f2ps


also people are the same regardless of level/bracket there's always bad eggs wherever you go. so if you're selling an account that has lots of work put into it for those reasons then you sir are going to be disappointed.

ye f2p actually takes more skills in some terms, you only have a few ccs and u have to make em count, at 90 u got like 14 backups.

I agree that you have less abilities to use, but it DEFINITELY doesn't require as much skill... Because for every one of your "backups" whoever you're fighting has just as many... At least not at higher ratings, maybe at ~1500 though.

I'm doing arena once a friend has levelled to 90...

I wont be pugging BG's. what's the point in that?

and yes, arena will require more skill than f2p, especially when you get to higher ratings..

saying that f2p is harder than end game arena at higher rankings is just a joke

ofcourse high level arena takes more skill than a f2p pug wsg rofl but comparing pug to pug it depends on the class on the situation.

But my point is.. I will only ever have to pug BG's once... and that's now, now i've got my character to 90 I need to pug for Thyranical gear. After that and when Thomas is 90 and has ok'ish gear for arena.. i will never have to pug again because obviously i will be doing arena for conquest. I wouldn't have gone 90 if i wanted to pug.

gear changes each patch, if u can max conquest gear each patch then yes you dont.
