EU+US Chauffeured Chopper for F2P Possible?

Chauffeured Chopper is a reward for collecting 35 heirlooms.

I counted the heirlooms available to f2p in wowhead. There are 29 (excluding trinkets) available from darkmoon faire, and 6 more can be purchased using Mark Of Honor from NPC. So, from the information available in wowhead, even f2p can acquire 35 heirlooms. But are there any other restrictions that prevent f2p from getting this mount?

when i got the achievement, blizzard mailed the mount. i did a ticket, but GM would not put it in my inventory citing F2P mail restrictions. in the past i have had no luck, doing repeat chain tickets. so i waited like near 1.5 years. did a ticket, about missing a mount, got it

glad they fixed it. i got the achieve near two years ago, and they mailed on my paid account too back then, how i knew on my unlinked F2P account it would be a issue and was, at the time

Might be like the Titanium Coin, or w/e. Originally, even if you got the chieve, you wouldn't get the coin cuz it had to come in the mail. Some months or years later, I found the coin automatically added to my toy box.
