Charmed Ancient Bone Bow vs Upgraded Dwarven Hand Cannon

Hi,

Sorry for spamming these what item is better questions....

I have four weapon options for my Worgy Hunter and I'm not sure which one is best for my style of play (which is usually supporting the FC, hunting/delaying the EFC, or keeping enemy healers out of the game).

Upgraded Dwarven Hand Cannon (PvP BoA)
Charmed Ancient Bone Bow (PvE BoA)
Eventide Bow
Naga Heartpiercer

I haven't purchased the BoAs yet but have both the blues. Not sure what the hit cap for level 24 is (current set up is +11 or 5.96%) but I think the Charmed Ancient Bone Bow looks better than the Upgraded Dwarven Hand Cannon. Any suggestions?

Also, is the Upgraded Dwarven Hand Cannon better than Eventide Bow or Naga Heartpiercer? (I might not have enough DMF tickets to get Charmed Ancient Bone Bow AND Champion Herod's Shoulder, but have heaps of Honor Points.)

Lil's guide is very good, but the ranged weapon list appears to be based only on the DPS score. I am interested in making sure that I am at caps when BG scaling is taken into account. I already have access to Rifle Commander's Eyepatch or Hogger's Trousers, each of which meets the cap at L20, but I don't know enough about the scaling to be sure if it is the same at L24. (Yes, I read Lil's post on that, too)

You only need 3% hit. Eyepatch is probably more than enough.

Level difference is what impacts how much hit you need. BGs make everyone 24. So to hit cap against another player of the same level you need 3%.
