is there some links of low level characters with the gear i can look at for cloth,chain,plate...etc? like a magelo ?

What level you looking for? Armory is currently having problems so the links in those threads might not work right now.

how important is it to have a character at level 11? i just re-made a hunter 3 times and did the least i could in the tutorial and everytime i come out level 12. im trying to make a hunter,resto shammy, and a monk to twink. i am gonna have to skip the tutorial i guess.

it’s because the anniversary 10% xp buff, just select the race-appropriate starting zone and you’re good.
you also wanna stop xp right after you levelled, i remember something like if you stopped xp while being in the first 10% of the xp-bar, the mobs were still 1 lvl lower (so for example if you are lvl 11 and have like 5% xp towards lvl 12, the mobs are still lvl 10), but they could’ve changed it since then.
