Cant Q for bfa dungeons

109 with bfa cant join a random dungeon or even have the bfa dungeons listed in specific . loot in the dungeon guide says req 101, so is this a run to the instance situation? also not like legion where at 98 you could do starter quests for zones. chests in zones req 110. crafting professions req 110. was able to train archeology but no shovels on my map.

I would run to the dungeons and try to enter. Might be that you can enter but the gear drops will be for level 101 or higher since that's what the dungeon journal says

so much work(lol) on a new xpac and its ONLY for levels 110+. not ok! we were able to start our artifact grind at 98 last time. kind of a bummer but i guess if thr only way is to kill these elites.... so be it.
you only get one chance at the drop so getting full 192’s will be next to impossible. going to be an interesting bracket lol. i already have more hp as a leather class than most plate users and im resto.
