I want to make a lvl 20 healer for bgs,but i cant decide between monk and druid,what are you thoughts?

You have only Agility looms, I bet. Dunno , but maybe monks may be more pain in the ass if you know how to play them as healers. I met one monk who was immortal. Droods are far more easier to be killed, IMO.

I got looms for Priest too,but i dont feel like making one,I'll think about it too,tq.

Priests are the best healers at this moment in BfA (and Legion and in the past expansions). But I get you. They are so sloppy and hardly moveable when they cast their spells. Droods and Monks have some flexibility. Its your choise - Drood can be in stealth, Monks can roll and fly like drunken bastards.
But... I never played as healer, so maybe wait for an "in game healer" opinion.

All healers are strong in their own way, as in, none of them are bad. Maybe you should make one of each (resto or mw) and see which you like most.
I personally play holy paladin, which is probably the weakest of them all if I had to rate, but I still have tons of fun. I also play mw and their mobility and heals are strong, but their damage is as well. I can't speak for resto Druid as I haven't played one in ages.
