Can we use the Flying Carpet mount?

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I was wondering because I wanted to craft this mount since I think it looks neat, according here in Reddit we can get it but can we actually use it? It says it requires level 25 so I assume we cant but I just want to make sure so I wouldn't waste my time farming something unusable

Well if you look on WoWhead, it just says Northrend Tailoring 1, and there's no level requirement, so yes

Most likely with the recent patch, the once craft able and useable flying mounts as ground mounts on a new character or account are now locked out. As these were meant to be adaptable to based on riding skill, seems like a bug now.

Welp, that sucks lol. I guess I'll stick to horses then..

They're usable if you already learned them. If you want them learnable on F2Ps, submit a suggestion and hope really hard that whoever reads it is arsed to follow through.
