Can we get 30-39 bg pops?

What can we do to make 30-39 bg q pop? i feel like it would be a very fun bracket with all the legos
 
it pops more frequently than the 40s, 50s and 60s. at certain time of the day, you can have at least 1 bg per hour, at other times of the day, you can wait 7 hours and no pop, so its very much about the timing
 
I would like to help grow it, i have a decent amount of followers on my twitch so if i live stream twink brackets it might help.
 
do you mean xp off 30s or 30s with their xp on? i am actually talking about 30s with their xp on, if you are looking for xp off 30 bgs, there is a community here that does that, the premade 30s bg. the normal xp on 30s dont pop (due to insufficient number of players), also there is one frequent player with full queen garnet gems (using full queen garnets for xp on is beyond reach for most players, especially for just 5 levels, lvl35-39, early 30s you can use it but the gears will be inferior).. when it pops its because the players who joined didnt know and they wont queue a second time after their bg, many of them are lvling players, its better to level through dungeon. i was told

We do 30/35 PvE and 20’s PvP and our PvP really is awesome I hope he comes and tries it out
 
Guys I haven't played in 6 years and prior to that had also another 5-6 year gap or so. Where am I best to start? I am happy to play any bracket and expansion as long as it is active. Even if this is 39's pop etc. Looking for xp off. Just want to get back into twinking and enjoying battlegrounds again like the old days :)

xpoff does not pop anywhere except 20s (20-29)
