Can the Enchant Black Magic proc from Thunderfury?

I see some 60 twink rogues using Black Magic when they have Thunderfury equipped, does it proc off the lightning effect, and is it even a good enchant for the 250 haste? If not, what are the best 2 enchants to use as a 60 rogue, Berserking x2, or Mongoose x2?

I can see 250 haste being huge for a 60 rogue, better dps and energy regen. I am not sure of proccing off the lightning element though. I doubt it would make any difference, the PPM should still be the same? Maybe it will just proc a little faster?

The Berserking versus Mongoose debate was had at 70. Mongoose was considered marginally better at 70, and with scaling that will certainly be even more true at 60, I would imagine.

From my knowledge mongoose is/was better than berserking, however I'm not sure about black magic, you should go test it out on the level 60 dummies.
