You can go for Grekas Dentures which is 24 Str, Not On Use. It's Random ofc 15% chance to proc. 100% drop chance, would recommend it over that. But what I'm testing out now is Mote of Corruption + Ramstein's Lightning. In Legion TW there will be a trinket that will offer more damage, I'll probably test that one out next.

Someone here wrote a comphensive Mechagon Ring Guide.

Getting to Mechagon is relatively simple now. In DF it was more complicated because 11s had to use tricks to get to Kul'Tiras or Zandalar (for Horde or Alliance, respectively) to do the Legend of Mechagon quest line but now you can just do the quests straight.

If your battle.net account has already done the BFA intro, your twink just skips that and does the intro quest for Boralus or Zuldazar. Otherwise you have to do the intro scenario. Then you just start and follow the Legend of Mechagon quest line.

the best rings are ilvl 80 but you can't get them F2P because the recipe costs >1000g (more than the gold limit).. Instead you get the slightly worse version (ilvl 72-74?).

Overall not bad.
replace pendulum of doom with https://www.wowhead.com/item=13505/runeblade-of-baron-rivendare, being classic week its a great time to farm it.
keep farming the belt for the 3rd socket, while farming it you can also farm last boss in the zone to get a proc on your chest (+3 speed for example)
replace your bracers with https://www.wowhead.com/item=13400/vambraces-of-the-sadist which is also part of the TW rotation this week so great timing to get it
Start the grind for the mechagon rings, the ilvl 80 versions are a much longer grind, if you grind the mats for 1 tier lower you only lose like +1 stat
And lastly your trinks are super easy to get and great starters but there are several TW trinks out there that are upgrades.

only way to farm Runeblade is hoping the queue pops into Strat, right?

Hoping it pops.
And then once the run is over stay in the instance and logout.
Wait 30 minutes and log back in.
You will be in the TW version of strat by yourself.
You can do this as many times in a row as you need, but you absolutely must log out while still in the instance, and wait 30 minutes after you clear it before logging in again.

Thanks for your help i will do that, is the belt the only thing worth grinding for 3 sockets ? I think there are 3 sockets version of my others TBC pieces but I only see périple talking about the belt

You are at the sweaty part of gearing if your up for that.
3 socket belt from underbog(took me 500ish runs)
3 socket helm from Utgarde Keep for 12 crit meta gem(took me 500ish runs)
12 crit meta gem grinding in Blades edge mountain(hours of grinding)
level 80 mech rings, grinding to revered and grinding mats, then mech rings with socket procs

hey, so I was curious.. is it worth farming the mech rings if I'm doing a str build? If I farm the mech rings I lose 12 str. I'm sitting at 147 right now but with elixir of growth I hit 150 which feels really smooth. My stats feel smooth not clunky. I guess I'm curious what the importance of them is other than a grind flex? I understand overall your looking at like 20 haste and 21 vers but if your stats are where u want them already... how does farming those become worth it? wouldn't it mess up your current stat balance by picking up so much of one thing? idk if I'm making any sense I'm just genuinely curious
