Players use different methods to communicate with higher lvl players (35 is max lvl you can talk to i think)
Some of the methods are; Naming your pet ''whisper me'' or ''pm me''. Some also prefer to spam emotes, such as /talk. Theres also a couple of players, who use the F2P addon, but as mentioned, you will most likey have to play on a high f2p pop server to see any with the f2p addon.
