EU+US can i get a gf'd 20 priest deleveled to 19?

i've done so multiple times, including 20 -> 19. going to depend on rng with ticketing, but some factors to consider:
1) have you ticketed for delevels before on that bnet account? (i'm assuming you haven't)
2) time /played at each level? the lower the time at the new level, the better, as it'll support the claim of it being accidental
3) how long ago did you accidentally level the character?
4) have you purchased any character services (faction change, server transfer) on the character in question? this too will increase likelihood, especially if you play the "faction changed, so my xp got turned on & i leveled by accident" card (not sure if this is even a thing still, but i did that a few yrs back for 20 -> 19 for eyepatch on a hunter. fairly certain i myself swapped xp on for bg farming, but the ticket succeeded)
either way, it's 100% possible -- you're just going to have to be persistent

play to the disparity in days /played at 19 vs 20 (assuming you had more than 3 days /played at 19: if you didn't, it'll be difficult) as the basis for your claim. i'm hoping that fac change was while at 19, as you can mention the time/$ invested into the character at 19. you're also going to need an explanation for how it was that you accidentally lvl'd it -- all the better if you place the blame upon game mechanics of some sort.
3 days /played at 20 (and ticketing years later) is definitely not optimal, but it could still pan out well. usually (if leveling+deleveling intentionally) you would want sub-hr played at new lvl (to quickly grab whatever of benefit) & log off + ticket (live chat, preferably) immediately afterwards.
in this case, you might not succeed in your 1st ticket (or the several following ones, for that matter) but, if you're willing to try for it, there's a chance it could work. i've seen absurd outcomes of GM tickets: if you have any of the above factors pointing in your favor (e.g. far more time /played at 19), it's worth a shot.

Good luck. Idk if I’m retarded (prob most likely conclusion), but contacted GM’s through channel with around 10 responses to get my lvl 21 rogue deleveled, yet they said no. Unless you suck up immediately or somehow place blame on them for the accident, most likely won’t happen unless you find an understanding, good hearted human being xd who actually wants to help all people to the best of his or her ability, which seems rare. Others have suggested doing something funny via rp or something, so get creative at the start. The more you contact them, the less likely they will delevel you, since previous GMs will have said no and the current ones will see that and likely say no as well. So yea, just think and best of luck.

I've attempted this before, the GM told me the purpose of the game is to progress and that blizzard's policy is not to reverse progress.

I had my lvl 19, 5-6 piece GFed shaman leveled during a BG once upon a time (at minimum 8 years ago). It's been sitting at 20 ever since. I started playing again last week after a 6 year hiatus and the GM de-leveled my shaman in less than 45 min after starting the live chat ticket.

1 gm i just spoke to said it was too long ago in the time frames when it was only like 3 years ago and theres an exact date i leveled which doesnt make any sense if u got urs deleveled, gonna try live chat though

I got my 21 deleveled to 20 after a whole year, don’t be discouraged.
Biggest tip no one else seems to be mentioning - Always live chat for some other problem and when they solve it, they always ask “Is there something else I can help you with?” And that’s when you ask
This is to avoid building up tickets that ask the same thing and also gets you access to live chat easier with any stupid question

i made a in-game ticket asap, then i got what i wanted on level 21 while i waited for a GM to contact me in-game.
After an hour or two a GM started a chat in-game, and i was kind of done getting what i wanted, he told me he cold only do this once for me on my whole account.
If it matters, i had purchased (and used) a Faction Change & name change on the character and it was kind of my main twink.
